How to place the orders of EL panels?
Step One --- Consultation
We will consult with our clients what they need and provide them the best solution under having full info from them.
Step Two --- Animation Creation
We have our own creative designers who could do the charming animations according to their own ideas and experience for the EL panels. Or alternatively we could do according to the clients' instructions.
We will send the animation as the "gif" file via email to the clients in 1-2 working days after receiving the artwork from them. This way is cost saving and quick.
Step Three --- Quotation
The EL panel cost is dependent on below factors.
· Finished EL panel size.
· Lighting area percentages
· Animation Complexity
· Indoor or outdoor usage (If needing anti UV or water proof)
· Quantity
· If the design is hard to make or not
· Life span requirement
· Brightness requirement
· Frame or without frame
· Backing or without backing
· The other requirement which will affect the unit cost.
Therefore, EL panel cost is case by case. We could only offer the accurate unit cost after we got the artwork/animation, size as well as the other requirements from our clients.
Step Four --- Issue Invoice
We will issue the invoice to clients once they confirm the orders. Meanwhile, please let us know the idea about how to ship the orders: if you got the courier account No. to ship the goods, or you will ask your forwarder to pick up or if we should include the prepaid shipping fee in the invoice, in order to save the clients bank handling fee.
Step Five --- Prototype production / Mass production
We will process the order once we got the fully info including the confirmed animation, hi-res artwork (AI, PDF, TIF, EPS, with at least 150 DPI resolution) from the clients. Normally it takes around 7-10 working days for the sample. And also the prototype will be produced before mass order if required by the clients. The mass production will do according to the confirmed sample if there is nothing needs to be changed.

Step Six --- Delivery
We will help to do the booking and packing list if it is necessary. Clients need to offer us the detail address together with zip code and Tel. No. for sending the goods. Normally the goods will be sent by DHL, Fedex, UPS or the other couriers.
